At Big Joe Sale Items, we want you to love your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that due to the heavy nature of our products, certain restocking fees may apply to oversized furniture returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid partial refund deductions.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
